What is your company doing to promote safety in the workplace? I worked for a company that had a reward every day to keep safety in the forefront of their employees’ minds and actions. This company gave free fountain pop to all of is employees all year round. This stayed on with a sign reminding us to be safe at work. If, in the rare case, someone did have an incident the fountain was turned off for a week.
