Head trauma is a very serious problem, particularly in manufacturing facilities or other areas that require hardhats. Gravity’s downward force is about 32.15 feet per second/squared. That means a falling object can move faster than you can, and could potentially kill you if it was heavy enough or dropped from a high enough place. Even small objects, such as coins or small scrap pieces, can do serious injury.
